I think being told that I am good for your aerobic capacity is the nicest thing I've heard all day. Well, second nicest if my "read-between-the-lines" in my federal case is accurate. The judge's secretary called me to let me know that I don't have to appear at oral argument tomorrow, the judge will rule on the papers. I know better than to ask what he decided, but I asked if I could give her my fax number, as the case is set for next Tuesday. So then after she takes my fax number, she asks for a time estimate for the trial. I think that might be a good sign. I read tea leaves for a living, it seems.
