Thanks for the response.
This scene is getting interesting. the letter to WLA was leaked to public, PFE suiing for this exorbitant break fee clause, WLA CEO does n't like the deal. He is suppose to assume the CEO position of this combined company after 18 months and he is now 54 years old. So no wonder he does n't like it as he won't get a lot of saying in PFE's board.
It looks like he took PFE for a ride while negotiating this deal. Unless AHP comes up with the a better offer, WLA board is going to have a hard time convincing share holders.
This also signals PFE will be looking for some body else
to take over (LLY, SGP, ABT, BMY, AMGN).
