I am (was ) under the impression that Gem has roughly 150 shares outstanding currently and with all aquisition complete they would have a total of close to 300 mil.
I was able to confirm almost 150 mil to date but cannot find any details on the St-james deal announced today. I may have gotten this information on an additional 150 mil shares from Bill Cameron when I spoke to him last in October. Do not use this for your DD as i am not able to get the info and confirm . For all i know , i could have had too much coffee that day and added the numbers twice for the fun of it <gggg>.

So my calculation may in fact be incorrect
So (150 mil shares x .40 (closing price today) = 60 mil market cap
if my shares outstanding were indeed correct after all aquisitions then
(300 mil shares x .40 ) = 120 mil market cap

Versus
Market cap with 11 mil shares outstanding
(11 mil shares x 9.00 (closing price today) = 99 mil

Cameron was right , I should not have discussed Fundamentals on the daytrading thread, as fundamentals have little to do with MOMO. There are a lot of overvalued companies with very little fundamentals that have made us a lot of money with MOMO trading , and then there are the Undervalued companies that have great fundamentals but do nothing while we watch our money become stale and in most cases decline further. Go figure!
