Good Morning Sonny,

Yes it was another good day in the market and I always say it does not matter how the market opens but the finish that counts. yes I thought that with the large run up in Qualcom after announcing the 4 four for 1 stock split that the stock was going to pull back after the Goldman downgrade but was surprised to see that it did not.

Yes hind sight is 20/20 and I know that the would of could of and should of does not translate into our pockets being fatter but that action and steady as she goes does better in the long run. Every stock that I had dumped looking back is now much higher then I ever imagined with the exception of Philip Morris which I still own some.

I have learned that when trying to time the market swings I usually guess the wrong time to jump back in and then the trading habit becomes more addictive and detrimental to my wealth goal. i never know when and what will be the next concotion that somebody dreams up to put the scare out on the news wire about one thing or another.

The S+P futures are up a couple but we will see how the employment data news is received at 8:30am. I hope that this is the day that God has made for Judge Jackson to render his verdict for Microsoft." Let us all be glad and rejoice in it" That should really inflate Judge Jackson's ego. I hope that the Judge's interpretation of today being a good Friday does not mean that he will nail microsoft to the cross??

Have a Good Friday

Frank
