Question for Clark.. Have you had a chance to digest anymore meat on the Wi-Lan claims for IPR on 3G???

<<Marden - FWIW, I did a brief scan of the Wi-Lan patent on MC-CDMA, and it looks like it actually has meat.
As you probably know I am a tough critic, so this is a good thing - most patents flunk this test, since they are
either incremental improvements or completely worthless. But, in keeping with my reputation, I'll point out that
I need to do substantially more work even in the 'meat' area and there are several other things that I still don't
know:

1) Does it work in the real world, and to what extent?

2) Is it original?

3) Have they covered all the bases? >>>
