No clue here, just guesses. All the bad news on recent recall was not reported and large holders dumped. Or it's one of the best short plays of 99. Bad news, little buyer interest may have made it prime for a major short play.

I wonder how much a loss Khashoggi is looking at holding 70 million shares?

Next question is; will the stock recover if they finally announce a go with McDonalds?

Joe, my best guess is 'tax selling'.

We now all know why ERTH is now at 2 and change. Banks are selling their shares to meet margin calls.

In the past this stock has reacted both positively and negatively to news releases from the company. However the stock holders have been jerker around so much but the fits and starts and failures of this company to deliver on their promises that nothing is going to happen of a positive magnitude until this company makes some real money. Oh the stock might go up from here but it will never get back to the high teens or twenty until real earnings materialize.
