I can't remember if GBLX is on a calendar or another [June, for example] fiscal year. As a foreign private issuer (GBLX is a Bermuda corporation, for tax and other reasons), GBLX has six months in which to file its annual report, which should be a Form 20-F. What actually goes to shareholders won't necessarily bear that moniker.
