I happened to be online - I'm buying this IPO, look at Seibel, or Clarify. In my opinion the Quintus product is better in that's it's fully integrated from CTI to CRM. There is a lot of flexibility with it, and it can be integrated with a whole range of other products. There are some bugs with it, but all software is buggy to a degree. If it could even grow to a 1/5 of what siebel did, and the market certainly is there, it would be a home run for early buyers of the stock. I think the success of the stock hinges not on the product, which is a good one, but on the ability of the upper management to drive sales. I'm betting they will to the degree of a sure profit on IPO buyers, and the potential for a home run. Just my opinion of course.
