Springfield, Mass....that's where I was born! My mother went to Baypath. A weird true story. One year I was in charge of the Book Fair at the boys' school in Dallas. Two lovely moms (One a very close friend)and I were setting up books all one Saturday, and talking away, and somehow one of us mentioned Springfield, and it turned out all three of us had been born in Wesson Maternity Hospital. What are the odds????? I remember going as a very small child to the Springfield Museum. We would take the bus from Enfield Conn, where we lived...There was a mummy--- my favorite exhibit. ANd I think there was a dinosaur skeleton. This would have been the 50s!!!
