We moved when I was very young, but my parents graduated from Enfield High and I have vivid memories of sitting on a wall- or maybe steps- at the front of the high school on Prom Night to watch the girls in their multipetticoated pastel tulle gowns and white gloves arrive. I thought they were the most beautiful things I had ever seen.

We lived across from a little park on Pease Street. And I walked to SOuth School for the first couple of years. I remember cherry cokes at Gourlie's, and the 25 cent movie theatre. ANd our family doctor was Dr Robbens(sp) he was French. Oh and our church was St Patrick's.
BUt what's AIC??
EDIT-- the most amazing thing- I just remembered our phone number--- and this was over 40 years ago!! It was Riverside 5-5600!!!!!!
