Lenny,
Hi!!
RE: But automakers see a competitive advantage in being able to customize their products, much like Dell Computer Corp. and other computer makers do. "Dell is the Holy Grail," Wagoner said.

The e-commerce business will be something like 1.4 trillion by 2003...DELL has 15 years of experience of incorporating savings into their own model...Frankly, I can't think of a better company to deal with when attempting to save money...Some of the mathematical examples that Jim Kelly or Sig has been using will perhaps explain why DELL is the company you should be dealing with...Who would you ask to "engineer" your future?
Michael has spoken of the "brick and mortar" that will disappear if all companies don't totally incorporate the internet in their future...Another piece of information that comes to mind is the recent comment made by Michael where he predicted that 50% of the revenue for DELL would be someday in the service end... IMO this is a staggering prediction....But when you stop to imagine what they were discussing at DELLCONNECT...(actually listen to the tape of this a few times)...You should be better able to understand the magnitude of potential revenue growth..As a side note ...I have heard that the CIO's at DELLCONNECT that have had this explained to them are drooling...

Thanks for the link Lenny....the 30,000 Premier Pages contain "just a few companies" that might need this...
:o)

Best, Kemble
