When you ask for a quote on Rambus at Etrade the following message comes up:

"Short Sales in this security are subject to NASD regulations, UPC 11830. Shares may be difficult to borrow."

What is UPC 11830? I searched for it at NASD.COM but there were no hits?

Isn't this just a reiteration of the news of yesterday. I thought we knew this now. I'd like to know how IBM gets a Rambus based PC for $1300. If it's true, that's great news for Rambus and intel.

This is probably already priced into RMBS for the most part, aye? On the other hand, the more real and concrete that it's gotten for RMBS, the better the stock price seems to get.
