Exactly. The 3 billion shares allows for only one more 4-for-1 stock split. :)

And for the number crunchers around here, I realize that it's still 40 shares shy of allowing for that, and if you factor in even more shares needed to accomodate the exercising of employee stock options, and, and, and :)
