Norm: I have some experience of DIGI,BAY,CS,& FORE. These were good buys at their lows. All these Companies survived their repeated slip ups; some tripled thereafter.

Ofcourse, none of those Companies ever made new new Highs. I expect NN will do likewise too. There is just one difference. The competition is now intesifying with time. Mgmt must take this into consideration & decide the future very carefully.

The options are

a: Put up for sale sign now.( Since other TELECOM Superstocks are in a boom mode, they are likely to offer the best barter deal.)

b:New Business plan; chances of success <50% based on past. However, if firm dates for roll out of the 50G and 450G switches are preannounced and delivered on time, (within 3 mths) chances improve >70%.

c: Try new Business plan, fail and follow with SALE: Worse case scenario.

I feel T.M, like Benson of CS, is too closely tied to the Company and some older employees. That may blind them to the
consequences of the crisis and its solutions.

In any case, may your Greenbacks multiply.
