I don't know about that. 2000 is an election year and national health policies are likely to be a major campaign topic, leading to a high degree of emotion and uncertainty, at best causing volatility and at worst, hard as it may be to believe, further substantial erosion in the stock price.

Where is everybody? Although I am making money on Oxford, I think it is a long term hold and I am optimistic. I must admit, it is taking longer then I thought it would but I think it is worth holding.
