Your description of AMD stock behavior is on the money but there is more than 1 way to play it. You can play it as a rolling stock and that seems to be what you are doing and if so you have done very well. I have been writing puts on this one. You may be doing a little better than me but I am quite happy with how I have been doing. Either way the realization that this stock isn't going anywhere is key. I have written 50 contracts of Nov 15 PUTs and have written 50 Nov CC contracts @20. I haven't missed anything yet. The CC premium was 3x the margin interest on the long position so I can happily keep that up forever! Hope you do well too. EP
