This is a pig with float-bloat. This co will be disembowled by the creative destruction of the www. PCLN is a middleman, an unnecessary "broker" type co that is a source of ineffiency. This innefficiency is a luxury that will not survive the next level of www evolution. PCLN needs hotels for their rooms; hotels, however, do not need pcln for anything. PCLN needs airlines their unsold tickets; airlines, however, do not need pcln for anything. Its stagnant price tells a lot, as does the failed bond offering. The pros are staying away, just as they rejected the proposed bonds. The secondary and the expiration of the lock-up round out the death knell for this hollow farce of a business. I do not have a position in pcln, long or short. Victor
