Well, that's what makes a market. Differing opinions. I'm pretty sure of mine though. NTOP will hardly sell off beyond tomorrow with 6M new shares. It would have with 27M

To say that IDTC will sell off as well makes even less sense. How low do you expect it to go with 100% growth and a core valuation of over 20 on any recognised basis?

Either way I don't care. IDT is monetizing the asset. THAT is do care about and so will the street after we get over whatever hiccups we experience with the retail investor tomorrow.

amoezzi, I agree that NTOP will likely get hit, but IDTC might surprise us after the initial confusion. Think of it this way...no Hawaiian alerts or talk of "strapping in" immediately preceeding the filings...this in itself suggests IDTC has a good chance of reversing course.
