"Say, does anyone know why IDTC's holdings in NTOP are NOT included in the Balance Sheet under "Securities Held"??? "

Good question, I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but the whole issue of whether or not NTOP and IDTC were presenting consolidated financials has been confusing from the beginning. IDTC does not own enough of NTOP, I believe, to present financials on a consolidated basis. Secondly, Does HJ own the NTOP shares or does IDTC? These issues may be confusing to some and may partially be the reason we have a problem with the valuation of NTOP to IDTC, IMO.
