Brice, There are two types of Hot Lists. The first is the one you get when you click on the "flame" icon on the menu bar and you can't add other columns of info to these. The other Hot list comes when you: 1. Open a new quote sheet with the double 'comma' icon. 2. Within that quote sheet, right click and choose Hot lists from the drop down menu. 3. Select the 'set' box and then choose your type of hot list. 4. Right clicking on the column tops will bring up the menus for the additional info that can be added. Hope this helps, arno
