Not at a reasonable price IMHO. The problem is not transmission that distance, a 2-mtr FM repeater can easily do that voice and/or digital, but reliability of transmission. Satellite relay and reception are of course possible and reliable, but big $$$$.

I would suggest you check with the ARRL site (Amateur Radio Relay League) where HAMS congregate. I am an Advanced-Class HAM, but there are experts in the HAM ranks that are far more familiar with the problem you face. That's where I'd check first.

I think it will be a lot easier, cheaper, and more reliable to run a land line from the pole to your cabin using trees and insulators if necessary.
