It's pretty funny, isn't it? IVIL loses $28 million and has a 0.27 per share upside earnings surprise. Great quarter! Then you compare that against companies that make millions, but miss estimates by a penny and get hammered. The short-term game tends to run off performance relative to expectations, no matter how low those expectations and how twisted this seems from a long-run perspective, so I expect IVIL will show near-term strength. If the MMs are ready to pop it, there'll be one hell of an entertaining short squeeze. And if not: well, I still feel pretty good being on the long side with an entry point in the low 23s.

If the market wasn't so irrational, none of us would ever make any significant money.
