I Fell into the ZAPATA pond when it was heaving, escaped with some profit....It did look too good to be true. Letters of intent to acquire something like 30 internet companies? anyway

Good thing about the ALAN name change, it should bring a PR with an update (reminder) to the public what they are currently doing. If it hits 3 today, I might have to jump in.

ALAN is an acquisition Arraid, who has been in business since 1993 working in distributed storage for enterprise systems. This is a way for Arriad to go public without doing an ipo. Their SAN product will roll out next week.
