coug,

You know, the low wage growth thing...I don't get it? There are ads on the radio looking for workers. We need people for tax busy season and usually get 20 resumes. They have been declining the last couple of years and this year we have two spots to fill and have received one resume.

If workers are that scarce how long can wage inflation be kept minimal????

Isn't going to happen. And once employers start paying more.....doesn't that drive everything else up? I know our fees would rise if we had to pay the employees more and since no one is available to work we will have to pay more to get people in to work for us.

Vicious cycle, isn't it?

Nice move, coug.

I had the market as a Buy last night but now I have to wait. Some indicators had it Short right about at the High but just before an important call came in which lasted the entire move.

I'm just unlucky, I guess. I was thinking about sending it in on Leo with mini's as I spoke on the phone but did not.....

I think there is a buy-up in the early afternoon that will save the day for me. It should start to buy-up a bit now, but I believe the better move will be a bit later.

<not to get on my high horse.>

I've been lucky, every person I have dealt with for the last 8 or 10 years keeps his/her opinion to themselves unless asked. Of course I know many of them from golf and so forth, but once I go to the effort of making an educated guess the last thing I want is someone to impress their opinion on me at the last moment.
