Most of the plug and play devices mentioned are not those that Spyglass would work with, PNP is more like a video card, sound card, network card type of item, yes later we will have plug in cell phones, we have a few today, but this is WAP enabled and not PNP. PNP is not as important since most of the Spyglass issues are those that deal with speaking the same language and not those that need to be translated, it's a bit more complicated than that.. but I feel this should be the issue here.
