09:00 ET Microsoft Corp (MSFT) 91 3/4: SoundView suggests that investors not commit new money to MSFT until after judge releases his decision, which should come this evening or next Friday evening. This morning, MSFT trading up 5/8.

I doubt you lack either, but I encourage you to consider the fact that many QCOM investors believe that the stock is seriously undervalued, even at these prices, based on its rapid growth prospects over the next 3-5 years.
