Jim, I am buying the currency itself, in the form of call options, as it is dirt cheap with this rate rise. I still like the Swissie better, but the Euro is getting there. I wouldn't buy the bonds as they have to feel pain before they rally.

I have no idea why the Euro declined yesterday. Maybe it was sell the news traders.

Jim,

My theory about the Euro falling after interests raised is that this will swiftly kill off the nascent EU economic recovery, so people divested out of European investments.
