How come the "big" acquisition did suddenly fall through?? How come that the stock , in anticipation of the "big" acquisition, rose to nearly 4$ and dropped like a rock afterwards??? wasn't it you that stated quite a few times..shareholder will be very happy with this???? how about the massive dilution??? how about the sudden reverse split of 1 : 10 ???? how about shareholders LOSS of 95%????????? how about that as FACTS?????????????????? furthermore you state: "hopefully all others who read your comments will know they are made from one who speaks without FACTS."
