Ian, re David Pringle's articles: he uses a lot of adjectives: fierce competition, aggressive price competition, recovering economy (referring to Germany - Germans would have a problem with that)...so on it shows how a very positive European report can be turned on its head. Pringle makes Dell look like they are dragging up the bottom in the low to mid range by slashing prices; laughable. In reality, many retail vendors are still trying to compete against the Dell channel.
