luther, nice to see you again. I'm not holding tyc yet but seriously thinking about buying at around 37-39. Technicals of tyc is still looking abnormally poor. The price of tyc was actually down on two big dow up days. That's quite unusual for tyc. Option expiry and tax loss selling should keep it at around $40 for some time.
