GZ: Remember the IBM breakup case. I cannot remember if it was the 80s or 70s. It may be both. By the time the judge could figure out what to do, the marketplace changed. I remember the second tier companies stating that they would rather have IBM in one piece. The had grown accustomed to swimming around the whale and didn't want IBM broken up into several smaller hungry sharks. What happened to the beach--I thought you were going today?
