Joe : On CLIC, one never knows, solid company. I am LT on this one, it goes significantly lower I buy more. I am LT because of moves like CMRC ICGE PPRO...CMDX should do it at some point..CLIC will also IMHO. I try not to watch it, CLIC, if you are playing the 18 and 25 day after ipo swings, then there are specifc rules to follow. Look at NAVI ipo, MM is bringing it down down on low volume IMHO (no proof), he knows whats coming IMHO. Also, SIFY is LT for me..HUGE! potential as every single inet world player, such as MSFT, will want into the India(n) market and alot of that IMHO will have to go through the SIFY door. Kaliico

Joe Smith: I have had horrible luck playing the new IPOs regarding Quiet Period strategies, guessing when they've bottomed, guessing which IPO's that have bottomed will stay down and which will rebound sharply, etc., etc. The few losses I have had over the past two months all involve IPOs. The lesson (for me, anyway) is to completely stay away from that game. I have been making great profits in other areas (non-PC chip stocks, wireless and fiberoptic telecom) and realize (reluctantly) that I do not have a "feel" for playing the IPO stocks. Since there are no fundamentals with which to gauge stocks like CLIC, it is a crapshoot. Caveat emptor -- there are easier and less risky ways to make money in this market.
