IWatch reports 17M Buy interest, 13M Sell with about 6M in trades. Interest seems to be trailing the market. From the data I would not say institutions are leading the move up.

A $19 stock does not make an 8% move on 25 mil. shares without major institutional buying.

Quent-- it is too early to mark,,, we must wait to see if it holds. Remember the gains cpq has not been able to sustain recently? There will be profit taking at this level. Not looking for 21,,, will be very happy over 20 on Tuesday at the close-- 21 or more is just icing.
It has dropped off the high but there is a nice line of buyers so far...
Ignore Iwatch--- it means nothing and more often is a contraindicator...
