<< I wish Karl and Char would say something about what they think occurred.>>

I was thinking the same thing but didn't want to say so. I still get hate mail from IPM days. Maybe they don't want the same treatment. I have to say this whole thing has a real bad feel to it. I could be wrong but I feel like I have been here before. From what I can get from the PR, MGAU now REALLY is an R&D company.

What I think occured is simply a conflict in management style.

I have a fondness and respect for Mike and Jeanne and appreciate how far they took the company starting from zilch.

I had hoped the aggressiveness of Mike would be complementary to the methodical scientific ways of Al ... obviously that didn't gel.

In the final analysis, since there isn't any contingency plan for an alternative extraction process I'm aware of ... the BoD did what was right for the company.

They closed the management chasm and salvaged our best hope for a recovery/production breakthrough. I don't doubt it was a very difficult decision but one that was necessary as the conflicts were real roadblocks to moving forward.

While it's not the way I hoped it would go ... I have confidence the BoD are doing everything possible to excel.
