Given its size and valuation NDB/SHWD is a great acquisition candidate for someone like GS. As you pointed it out they cannot survive by themselves.

Gary,

I took some NITE profits late today. Letting some gravy shares of NITE run forward. If we retrace, can always add to the position.

Added ELN on the big dip. Unless there is news I'm unaware of, this is a buy (revenues supposed to double from $1B to $2B by 2003).
