Neither the Securities and Exchange Commission nor any state securities commission has approved or disapproved these securities, or determined if this prospectus is truthful or complete." how does one go about filling in the blank where the date of delivery should be? will an amended s1a be filed and if so, will it be after the delivery date? lockup on phcm ends in early december (9th?). this additional float and the insider dumping that will surely occur should slow this one down a bit i would think. will keep good eye on it.
