Last conference call, Par stated that he had something to tell us but we would have to wait for a proxy to be sent out and all would be cleared up in the annual meeting. Speculation abounds as to what the proxy is about???

With today's volume, I think the proxy is very close to being disclosed. Either that or there are a lot of scared shorts out there!
Look at the volume, over 1.5 million shares traded and price up 25%.
