Good Afternoon Margaret,

Hi and how have you been?? Yes Intel has been doing ok this week but as you may know I am very ticked off with the downward pressure on Dell and is really is taking a toll on my patience. Apple was up almost 5 points, Compaq was up almost 2, Gateway 2. It is very hard to watch the stock of other box makers rise only to see Dell fall. I sold a few hundred shares of Dell some time ago and put it into Qualcom. Should have sold all the Dell and put it into Qualcom. Hope that a good ruling will come out today on Microsoft but that may be too much to hope for. It looks now that there will be a ruling on the Microsoft this afternoon as confirmed by the following

Friday November 5, 4:39 pm Eastern Time

Court confirms judge to
issue key Microsoft ruling

WASHINGTON, Nov 5 (Reuters) - The
judge in the landmark Microsoft Corp.
(NasdaqNM:MSFT - news) antitrust
case will issue a ruling Friday on the facts of the case at 6.30 p.m. (2330
GMT), the District Court said in a statement.

Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson's findings of fact will pave the way for a ruling expected in the coming months on whether the facts demonstrate violation of antitrust law.

Do you find it frustrating surfing around on SI many times only to find that you are being hung up or nothing is happening. This is really becoming a nuisance with me. It happens too much!!

Will write later
Warm Regards
