No, QCOM is RFMD's customer.

Senior analyst: Chris Bulkey (10/20/99)

On the CDMA front, RF Micro is making good progress.
CDMA sales accounted for about 25% of second quarter
revenue, strong demand in South Korea and Japan
continues. International sales represented 55% of sales, up
from about 43% in the previous quarter. RF Micro also
garnered design wins with several Chinese companies for
GSM handsets, which should ramp significantly over the
next year.

RF Micro also said it will again supply Qualcomm with
components for CDMA applications, a customer it has not
worked with for several years. This again validates RF
Micro's position as a reliable component supplier...
