RESEARCH ALERT-Prudential raises Network Solutions

NEW YORK, Nov 5 (Reuters) - Prudential Securities said on
Friday it raised its price target on shares of Network
Solutions Inc. <NSOL.O> to $225 from $188.
-- reiterated its "strong buy" rating on the stock.
-- "Now that Network Solutions has a ratified agreement
with the Internet Corp. for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN)
and the Department of Commerce, we expect negative share
volatility to abate."
-- "We expect Network Solutions to take a far more
aggressive position in increasing their visibility to the
marketplace. Specifically, we expect greater, print, radio and
television advertising."
-- Shares of Network Solutions, which were unchanged before
the research was issued, were up 2-3/8 at 140-3/4 in Friday
afternoon trading on the Nasdaq stock market.
