I do not really forsee a pull back after the split either. There are people today who only see Q's price per share and gag instead of thinking to themselves, "Hummmmmm... if I buy 25 shares today, I'm really buying 100 shares post split so... 25 X $290 / 4 = Hey!!! I'm getting my shares at 72 1/2. I can deal with that." Whatever the price actually is after the split, people who want Q but not close to 300 (irregardless of the split) will see a "buying opportunity."

Hello and thanks for the reply about buying shares of Q. I was not online to see the close of $293.00 and I am glad it is Friday. I believe I can manage to buy 50 shares of this great company and will spend the weekend reading what I can, and looking forward to see what happens on Monday.
I am very grateful to have stumbled onto this board. Thank you for being here.
