Hi William - don't be sorry. I feel for you guys. The thing is that the active managers have learned the trick after beaten by the index guys for so long. They probably overweigh on the momentum stocks and underweigh on the laggers. Call it herd mentality, but it is a fact of life unless you can have a longer horizon than the herd. Sorry to say, look at the picture, there is a stronger possibility of a double bottom now. I have actually placed a GTC buy order @ 35 and change. Incidentally, 20MM buyback will be over all too soon if management doesn't exercise prudence. So, while I think it is a good psychological boost, it is not the most effective way to support the stock price. Just my 2c best, Bosco
