OT OT Arthur, thanks again. I have used the Chairman's division once before (about the execution problem I mentioned earlier) and was very satisfied. However, the problem is not with my team, it's with Schwab's on-line system, which either does not have sufficient capacity to handle high volume days or the software is simply not robust enough. I would prefer to use the Chairman's division for any individual issues I have. I'm coming around to the idea that most of the OLB's have such outage problems, but i'm beginning to wonder whether the extra $$ I pay Schwab in commissions shouldn't somehow translate into more dependable access than that of the cheaper OLBs. I guess I'll be doing some research on this who question. I'll post here if I come up with anything of interest. Mahalo and Aloha Cheers Alohal
