Yup! DIGL is looking fluffy here. Clearwater based fibre-optics firm where the only announced sales news I could find anywhere was a single "order" for 1.1 million in hardware. biz.yahoo.com They make equipment that monitors bandwidth. . . They closed up about 12 points today [nearly a double] on an upgrade from a little known California brokerage house. It is looking like the stocks that were overlooked by fund managers earlier in the week. . are calling in their markers and making sure they receive a brokerage upgrade. . . and because these high-techs have been shorted down so far, they pop really hard when they get these upgrades. . . . like clockwork. It is nearly impossible to predict which one will be next. . .as they are announced throughout the day. . .Not sure how we can benefit from this knowledge. Rande Is
