RTEV, It is kind of late to get an opinion but any idea on what Jackson is expected to do. I still believe he wants both sides to settle and a fact finding that leads both parties to an agreement is the direction he will take. I can't see a 100% victory for the DOJ. Anything less than 100% (maybe 90%)might be considered a victory for MSFT.

Why are all these CNBC so caught up in the decision today. Why not last week? I believe they know something or have nothing else to talk about this afternoon.
