Fred,

Where's all the press coverage?? Why haven't the CNBC drones been hyping this story all day long (3 or 4 times an
hour)?? Isn't this a make or break story....doesn't this change everything for Intel....now, maybe they have a chance of
surviving <ggg>.

They've been hyping the Microsoft Finding of Fact ruling all day instead, which IS coming out tonight, 6:30 eastern (just announced a bit ago on CNBC). You wouldn't suppose that, if it's negative for Microsoft, some might try to drag Intel in too, would you?

Tony

Fred - The MSFT ruling coverage (now 6.25ET) indicates
a ruling in FAVOR of the Gov't, the talking heads
call after hours trading DOWN.

With all that background noise, who cares about INTC?

I'm afraid this could trigger a Monday selloff in tech.

What a crock. The amount of positive coverage surrounding this ruling compared to the initial negative coverage surrounding the original suit/ruling is outrageous....albeit expected."

Great observation.

We should all be outraged.

Our Fifth Estate has reduced itself to nothing but Mud Slingers.

Fred:

re "Intergraph suffered a major defeat today in its legal battle with Intel as an appeals court ruled that the evidence does not support the argument that Intel is a monopolist."

Where's all the press coverage??<<

I guess the only big news is when someone is a monopolist.
