Microsoft sets news conference to respond to ruling
SEATTLE, Nov 5 (Reuters) - Microsoft Corp. (NasdaqNM:MSFT - news) Friday set a news conference for 4:30 p.m. local time (7:30 p.m. EST and 0030 GMT Saturday) at its suburban Seattle campus to respond to a scheduled judge's ruling in the government antitrust case against the software giant.

Microsoft officials declined to say who would respond for the company. The news conference will take place in the company's television studios, although Microsoft did not say whether there would be an Internet broadcast.

It is "High Noon" folks !! Soon Gary Jackson will take out his long gun and shoot Frank Gates dead !!! Wait alone, wait alone, wait alone.............

Or will he only shoot him in his foot ?? That is the big question ? Anyway, this is the moment that separates the real men from the pigs like in the good old days !! I left the money on the table like a real man. The pigs blinked and took it away. Who is with me guys standing behind Frank Gates ? Gary Jackson is not going to get us this time won't he... ....?!

Oh well. Got the news part right. It is so biased it is not workable. The judge mind as well do the findings of law because these two parties are not going to settle. NSFT (the stock) is done for now for months to come.
