Hi, Allen. Have not followed T/UMG, and have no opinion. Don't know of any newsletter covering M/A prospects. Anybody out there have any knowledge of such? I also have AATT, OSU. Wasn't aware of MAM. Looks like it may be too late for me for MAM. Also missed some opportunity with BGF. $31.5/sh in cash with stock @ $30.06 (up from $29.38 when I started looking at it). Stockholder approval meeting now scheduled Nov 23. What do you figure, maybe the deal is consummated by first week of Dec? 5% return in one month. Maybe some room there yet for a good profit. Taking on some hurt with KRSL. Stock almost halved as "deal" (actually a "letter of intent") is cancelled. My errors: bought too much, especially as company is so very small, and bought into a deal that wasn't firm. I'll hold on here for a while longer, if I can, to see what transpires. Looking at BOSS. A combination of cash & stock offered by MAK. These companies both seem - at first glance - to be reasonably priced businesses at current prices. (Price might not tank too badly if deal doesn't go.) Also looking at PALX. A $6-6.75 stock being acquired for combination of $9 cash and stock in a new company "IFCO". May be too complicated to me to understand and be comfortable with. Paul
