Bill, you are way offbase. What was ruled by the Judge was that Microsoft is a monopoly. Simply being a monopoly is not a crime. There was NO RULING as to whether or not MS used that monopoly position in violation of anti-trust law. NO RULING OF GUILT (at least at this stage).

2 points:

1) Time to buy MSFT on the sell off? Or wait and buy the Lucent equivalent next year?
I like the idea of a company with a $1 product cost and sell it for $300.
2) This should free up resources to concentrate on the other monopoly which is worse than MSFT. Of course the Taiwan government may intervene before then.
