a toast to Robert Utne for a most valiant effort on behalf of the American public, all the Zenith stockholders, bondholders and employees. the bad guys might of won this one but the fight will go on. thanks bob. i wish i could have done more. best of everything moving forward. and move forward we must, so LGE thanks for the great tax write-off. MJ, There exist numerous mistakes of fact and judgement in Walrath's 44-page decision. Whether the lawyers for the Equity Committee can (or are willing to) mount a successful case in Appeals court is open to a good deal of question. There also exists the remote possibility that John Koo will demonstrate a little fairness and offer Zenith shareholders warrants to buy into the new Zenith. The warrants could be worth well in excess of what Zenith is trading now. Be a smart move to fend off the anti-LG movements to come..... Not trying to paint a rosy picture for Zenith shareholders but ANYTHING is possible...
